Michael has an extensive background in starting and growing companies. Upon graduating
from NYU’s Stern School of Business, Michael founded the fashion brand Operations. The
brand was featured in publications such as Vogue and GQ and carried in Nordstroms, Saks
and over 150 boutiques across the country, and earned Michael a Fashion Group International
rising star nomination.
Michael then started the first iteration of fibi & clo, and in under three years grew
the company to 1500 Agents nationwide and millions in annual sales. Upon selling his interest
in the company, Michael accepted a senior level position with a SAAS technology company in Manhattan.
After lengthy discussions with the new owners of fibi & clo, Michael has stepped back into an
ownership and leadership role. This relaunch has been a year in the making, and Michael is
very excited to share it with you.
When not selling sandals, Michael enjoys anything to do with fitness and planning for
mountain climbing trips (and sometimes actually climbing them). He also enjoys taking his
daughter to Jane’s Carousel in Dumbo.
AnaLiza has over 15 years experience in creative leadership positions for brands
such as Hersheys, L’Oreal and Pepsi. She is the original creative director for fibi & clo
and has returned with even better designs and creative stewardship. But if you ask her
about her biggest accomplishment, she will say that it’s her daughter, Karina Kennedy.
AnaLiza enjoys interior design and going to Bar Method classes.
DongMei has over 20 years experience in technology and operations leadership.
She has architected technology solutions for some of the biggest, most recognizable
names in the Direct Sales industry.
She enjoys long walks, church and seeing architectural wonders in and out of Texas.
Lorrie Straughan is an accomplished communications and management professional who has been working tirelessly to help ensure fibi & clo Agents have the tools necessary to make this opportunity a success.
Prior to joining the fibi & clo team, Lorrie worked extensively in sales and communications for companies in industries as diverse as beauty, healthcare, physical fitness (she’s reportedly a tough Zumba instructor) marketing, fulfillment and the direct sales industry.
The mother of two and a native of Texas, Lorrie enjoys watching her daughter’s dance recitals and her son’s soccer games. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree, as Lorrie loves dancing and playing soccer.
